Touristsmustcarefullyreadthefollowingcontent:
1.在保证服务标准及不减少旅游景点的前提下，我社有权保留对游览次序的调整；
Onthepremiseofensuringservicestandardsandnotreducingthenumberoftouristattractions,ourcompanyreservestherighttoadjusttheorderofvisits;
2.如遇（如交通延阻、罢工、自然灾害、政策性调价、航班或车次取消或更改时间等）人力不可抗拒因素导致行程延误、变更所产生的费用由双方协商处理，因拉萨旅游车属于包车、酒店属于长年包房，景区门票属于优惠折扣门票或者享受政府免票政策。如果客人临时自愿放弃景点游览、车费、住宿等，费用均不退还。
Incaseoftraveldelaysorchangescausedbyuncontrollablefactorssuchastrafficdelays,strikes,naturaldisasters,policypriceadjustments,flightortraincancellationsorchangesintime,theexpensesincurredshallbenegotiatedandhandledbybothparties.AsLhasatouristbusesbelongtocharteredbusesandhotelsbelongtolong-termprivaterooms,scenicareaticketsbelongtodiscountedticketsorenjoygovernmentfree-ticketpolicies.Ifguestsvoluntarilygiveuponsightseeing,transportation,accommodation,etc.,thefeeswillnotberefunded.
3.旅游团成团最低人数为2人，我社有权在出团前10天，因为没有达到最低成团人数，而取消团队并通知客人。若不能成团我社退还已收取的全部费用，不承担其他责任和损失。
Theminimumnumberofpeopleinatouristgroupis2.Ourcompanyhastherighttocancelthegroupandnotifyguests10daysbeforedepartureiftheminimumnumberofpeopleisnotreached.Ifwecannotformagroup,ourcompanywillrefundallthefeesalreadycollectedandwillnotbearanyotherresponsibilitiesorlosses.
4.散客拼团客人入住酒店需自行在酒店缴纳酒店房卡押金并请妥善保管押金收据，退房时凭收据和房卡在前台结账收回押金。同时酒店房间若有食品和日用品的，均属于游客自由自主消费物品，不包含在团费中，若游客自由享用后，请离店时到前台付费。酒店房间内的电话属于自由消费，使用后请到前台缴费。
Individualandgroupguestsarerequiredtopaythehotelroomcarddepositatthehotelandkeepthedepositreceiptproperly.Whencheckingout,theyshouldcheckoutatthefrontdeskwiththereceiptandroomcardtocollectthedeposit.Iftherearefoodanddailynecessitiesinthehotelroom,theyareallitemsthattouristscanfreelyconsumeandarenotincludedinthegroupfee.Iftouristsenjoythemfreely,pleasepayatthefrontdeskwhenleavingthehotel.Thephoneinthehotelroomisforfreeconsumption,pleasepayatthefrontdeskafteruse.
5.贵重物品请随身携带妥善保管，不可放在行李箱内，防止丢失，外出时请谨防小偷。如有遗失，我社不承担赔偿责任，我社会协助客人报案处理。
Valuableitemsshouldbecarriedwithyouandkeptproperly.Theyshouldnotbeplacedintheluggagetopreventloss.Pleasebecautiousofthieveswhengoingout.Ifthereisanyloss,ourcompanywillnotbeliableforcompensation,andwewillassistthecustomerinreportingandhandlingthecase.
6.此团为散客拼团，有来自世界各国的游客，因大交通、报名时间或其他原因造成的价格不同，请勿比价，敬请谅解。
Thisgroupisagroupofindividualguests,withtouristsfromvariousplaces.Pricesmayvaryduetotransportation,registrationtime,orotherreasons.Pleasedonotcompareprices.Weapologizeforanyinconveniencecaused.
7.部分景区内和沿途停留站点附近可能会有当地居民贩卖的纪念品、土特产等，非我社提供服务，请游客谨慎购买以免上当。沿途休息站（比如：加水点、厕所、加油站、路边小卖部、洗车场、部分景区内）均不属于购物范围。沿途休息站点时，上下车请注意安全，沿途大部分厕所当地人都有收费，请主动付费。（请参团客人务必谨记）
Theremaybesouvenirs,localspecialties,andotheritemssoldbylocalresidentsinsomescenicspotsandnearstopsalongtheway,whicharenotprovidedbyourcompany.Touristsareadvisedtopurchasewithcautiontoavoidbeingdeceived.Reststationsalongtheway(suchaswater-addedpoints,toilets,gasstations,roadsidestalls,carwashes,andsomescenicareas)arenotwithintheshoppingscope.Whentakingareststopalongtheway,pleasepayattentiontosafetywhengettingonandoff.Mostlocalpeoplechargefortoiletsalongtheway,sopleasetaketheinitiativetopay.(Pleasebesuretorememberforparticipatingguests)
8.请提前告之游客，拉萨景区和景区之间路程较长，坐车时间超过2.5小时以上，请做好心理准备，备好必要的干粮和水。
PleaseinformcustomersinadvancethatthedistancebetweenLhasaScenicAreaandthescenicareaislong,andthetraveltimeexceeds2.5hours.Pleasebementallypreparedandgetreadynecessaryfoodandwater.
9.在酒店或者其他公共地方入厕，或者洗浴时请注意防滑，以免摔倒。
Whenusingtherestroomortakingabathinahotelorotherpublicplace,pleasepayattentiontoslipresistancetoavoidfalling.
10.患有高血压、心脏病、哮喘病、肺、脑、肾有明显病变，以及严重贫血、重感冒等冠心病等不适宜高原旅游的客人请勿入藏，请遵医嘱。
Guestswhosufferfromhypertension,heartdisease,asthma,obviouslung,brain,andkidneylesions,aswellassevereanemia,severecolds,andothercoronaryheartdiseasesthatarenotsuitableforhigh-altitudetourismarenotallowedtoenterTibet.Pleasefollowmedicaladvice.
11.若游客在游览中有不满意或者投诉请第一时间告知地接社工作人员，我们会协调处理，如没有提出异议，我社将视为游客满意；若返程后提出异议，我社将不予认可、不予处理。我社接待品质以该团大部分游客意见单为依据；
Iftouristsaredissatisfiedorcomplainduringthetour,pleaseinformusassoonaspossible,andwewillcoordinateandhandleit.Ifnoobjectionsareraised,ourcompanywillconsiderthetouristssatisfied;Ifanyobjectionsareraisedafterreturning,ourcompanywillnotrecognizeorhandlethem.Ourreceptionqualityisbasedontheopinionsofthemajorityoftouristsinthegroup;
12.旅途中，请游客切记不要私自脱离团队或改变行程；贵重财物请寄在宾馆前台，不可放在房间。

13.5岁以下和69岁以上的游客预定此产品请提前告之。
