早上從酒店出發，過318國道線上的重鎮理塘，短暫休息，穿越雅礱江峽谷，翻越海子山（4700米），抵達四川段最後的一座城市巴塘。<用餐：早> <住宿：巴塘>

酒店早餐後，前往【崗雲杉林】進行輕徒步，隨後驅車【古鄉湖】【魯朗小鎮】，遊覽【魯朗林海】，色季拉山口眺望中國最美山峰~南迦巴瓦峰後，前往林芝入住酒店休息。

After breakfast at the hotel, head to the Gangyun Forest (light hiking), drive through【Guxiang Lake】 and 【Lulang Town】, visit the 【Lulang Forest】, and admire the most beautiful mountain peak in China, Mt. Namjagbarwa, from the Sejila Pass. Then, go to Nyingchi and stay at the hotel to rest.
